Reverend Durante Neal - Youth & Street Ministries

Rev. Durante Neal is a 26 year old God-fearing, powerful praying man of the word. Rev. Neal is Director of the Street Ministry and van driver. Rev. Neal is a lifelong resident of Dallas, Georgia. He accepted his calling in the ministry in March of 2003. Rev. neal is also a faithful Youth Minister and he enjoys working with the children.

Rev. Frederick L. Dean - Senior Citizen Ministry

Rev. Dean is a native of Rome Ga.  He accepted his call to the ministry on April 8th 1989.  He has achieved his Associates Degree in Computer Science & Business ( Coosa Valley Technical), Business Management ( Floyd College), Business Management ( Georgia Tech). 
He enrolled into Covington Seminary Theological School  Master's Program; as he received his Master's in Couseling and Religion.
He is married to a Mrs. Patricia Dean and together they have three beautiful daughters Jessica, Shalandia & Shae.

Rev. Trammell Kitchens - Men's Ministry
Rev. Trammell Kitchens is a native of Atlanta, Ga.  He is married to the lovely Andrea Kitchens and they have four beautiful children.

Rev. Kitchens was ordained as a deacon of SHMBC September 2001 and accepted his calling into the ministry September 29, 2002 all under the leadership and direction of Pastor Dr. Jeffery R. Winbush Sr.

He received an Associate degree in Biblical Studies from Andersonville Theological Seminary in 2005 and attended classes at Chattahoochee Technical College in Dallas, Ga. for Management and Supervisory Development.

Rev. Kitchens love the Lord with all of his heart and has a passion for preaching and teaching the word.  “God has done so much for me that I just want to tell of His goodness.”

Isaiah 40:3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.

Gloria Jean Hicklin
Minister Gloria Jean Hicklin, is an Associate Minister of  Sweet Home.  She has been blessed to sing with Willie Neal Johnson & The Gospel Keynote, and the Jackson Southern of Jackson Mississippi.  She also worked for Richard Simone, ( Mr. Nobody) Gospel Promotion of Jackson Mississippi.  She graduated College at C.A. Fredd State Technical College in Tuscaloosa, AL and graduated with honors in Business Administrated.

On February 11, 2004 she accepted her calling into the ministry.  She was under the leadership of Rev. Dr. E. Jones, Sr. of the Greater Zion Hill Baptist Church. Min. Hicklin was ordained on December 25, 2005. Her Motto: God is still in charge of my life.  Psalm 23 “ The Lord is my Shepard; I shall not want.


Evangelist Debra Harden
Evangelist Debra Harden accepted he call from God into the ministry in May 2002. She was licensed to preach in September 2002. She is a Born Again Believer, baptized and Holy Ghost Filled. In ministry she is working for (GBI) God Bureau of Investigation; to encourage, challenge and equip the saints to server within the church and kingdom of God within their gifted areas of ministry. She is currently attending Andersonville Theological Seminary in pursuit of a degree in Christian Education in Ministry.

Minister Shannon Grogan- Youth Ministry


Minister Shannon Grogan is a native of Marietta, Ga. He answered his calling into the ministry in January 2010, under the leadership of the Rev. Dr. Jefferey R Wimbush, Sr. He holds a bachelor degree in Business Management. Minister Grogan was recently married to Alisha and they are both active members of The Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church.

Reverend Malcolm Hayes - Personal Assistant to Pastor

Rev. Hayes accepted his call to the ministry in 2005. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. Degree in Industrial Science. Rev. Hayes holds a M.S. Degree in Industrial Technology. He is currently enrolled and pursuing a Doctrine Degree in Ministry.
1 Kings 19:11-12 The LORD said, "Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the LORD, for the LORD is about to pass by." Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. Reverend Dr. Lethia M. Alston - Christian Education Ministry

Rev. Dr. Alston and family hails from Queens, NY. She received her B.A. from College of New Rochelle, Master of Divinity from NY Theological Seminary and her Doctor of Ministry from United Theological Seminary. Presently, Dr. Alston is pursuing a Doctoral in Counseling from the Andersonville Seminary. She loves the Lord and all of the Lord's people. She is married to Deacon James Alston, and the mother of two sons and the grandmother of two.
Her mission statement: We are chosen vessels of Christ to be witnesses, to be ambassadors, to be fishers of humankind, to be servants, and to be the light of the world. As chosen vessels, we will be a community to those who are afflicted and brokenhearted. We will proclaim liberty to those who are bound and in captivity. We will bring comfort to those that mourn. Evangelist Myranda Flemister - President, Women's and Evangelism Ministry

Evangelist Flemister accepted her call into the ministry in May 2004. She was licensed to preach in July 2004 and ordained in January 2008. She has a Diploma with honors in Paralegal, a diploma in Secretarial Science, an AA Degree in Biblical Studies, a BA Degree in Ministry and currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Divinity with Pastoral Leadership. She serves as President for the SHMBC Women’s Ministry, as well as President for the Board of Directors of Cobb Christmas, a non-profit organization affiliated with Cobb Family & Children Resources, in a collaborated effort to make a difference and positively impact the lives of others. She is born again, baptized and anointed with the Holy Ghost. She has a genuine love and zeal for God and all people. Reverend Bryant White - Youth Pastor

Bryant White was born in Los Angeles, CA then moved to Natchez, MS.
Baptized at the age of 7, he attended Mississippi State University (All-SEC Track & Field) and Andersonville Theological Seminary (B.A. Divinity and Masters in Biblical Studies). He became an ordained deacon at Sweet Home in 1997 and received the Call to Preach the Word of God July 3, 1998. Loves God and God's people. His wife, Sandra, and son Bryant Ja'Ron, are also active at Sweet Home.
